I use it for bench press and squats, for weights around 60kg to 80kg and the rack handles this weight fine.
However, you have to be careful putting weight back, as if you have the rack set higher for squats, if you are moving as you put the weight down, you could topple it over.
However anyone that knows what they are doing and isn't lifting heavier than they cam handle, will be fine.
