Impossible to make an arm curl

Do NOT buy this item as an attachment to your York Fitness B530 bench.
In every of three fixing positions it is impossible to make an arm curl.
The hinge on the arm with the weights prevents the bar to go in a required upright position while making a curl.
I returned the item and awaiting reimbursement.

Bought for a York 540 Bench, but will fit any bench with a 45mm square attachment holder, just a shame no one at York would give me that info with my last Bench. All good solid construction as you'd hope from York, with a nice secure fit, the padding is very comfortable and thick! But anyone with wide shoulders may find it a little narrow at 51cm wide. It only gets 4* because for that money I'm dissapointed there's no curl Bar rest like others and if I could've found one I knew would definitely fit, I'd have got that. I tried using the Leg attachment as a rest, but that was probably not a great idea and could end badly!

Great additional upgrade to the 540 bench. Though the leg lift gets in the way a bit when you're curling and I've not worked out how to get passed that problem yet. However it is a great little tool for working biceps and getting that extra support for a concentration exercise. I was surprised what a difference it made. I have a old York Sportline 2000 Flex Bench which I was told this would not fit, Since the Leg Attachment worked without any modifications, I decided to get it and take a chance.

Took the leg attachment off and put this in, fantastic, fitted perfectly, went to screw the retainer on the bench to keep this fixed but the screw wont go in, pulled it out and the holes on the Arm Attachment were too small, got my trusted Bosch Drill out and drilled out the holes. Fantastic

Did my arm workout yesterday and have had an awesome time, I have trouble keeping my arms from moving when doing standing curls so this did the job perfectly.

Also when doing lat pull downs i can push my knees under the arm curl pad, the same when doing Bench Presses or Tricep Curls. Great for more than just Preacher Curls
