You must use something like this to prevent the small pieces of meat gluing themselves onto the rack trays. It says in the discription you can use to make fruit leather but the sheets have holes in them and the mix just falls strait through no matter how thick I make it. As fruit leather was the reason I bought them they are now useless to me and a waist of money. Disappointing is an understatement. The mats are good quality but not fit for what I need them for.
