Excellent stuff, I wished when we bought the water feature, we were told we had to purchase this at the same time, it would have saved time when it came to setting up, but no doubt this is a selling point! I have used it in the water feature, and the 3 bird baths, it doesn't appear to deter the birds from using it! I don't really know if the liquid helps not to freeze the water, as our weather has not allowed it as yet! My only criticism, although it was extremely well packaged, on opening, there appeared to be a slight leakage, a few droplets over the plastic bag, it also states there is a child safe lock, well there isn't! This could've have been the cause of the leakage! I also had to phone the company to find out the measuring side, it states on the pot of powder, use two heaped spoonfuls to 25 litres of water, it omitted to say what size spoon, it turns out it is a dessert spoon, I only had to use a fraction of this for the bird baths and water feature, so if you have a great big fountain, you will need a far bigger pot!
