The Factor 8 x 11 large apex resin shed is made out of a durable and weather-resistant plastic that has a fine wood-like texture for looks and incorporates steel reinforcement for sturdiness. Ordered two of these sheds and constructed them at the same time on the same piece of land. One has been absolutely perfect however the other had consistent problems with the roof coming away and has now collapsed completely with warped/broken panelling.
I have tried to follow up with Home Junction as the supplier but they keep saying that I can't return the broken shed - I don't want to return it, I want it replaced (the original has been scrapped).
Have tried contacting Keter directly but have received no response.
I bought these on the strength of the guarantee and the reputation of the company. Very unimpressed.

Die erste Bestellung über den Shop "ZEIL24" war enttäuschend. Leider wurde meine Verkäuferbewertung, welche anderen Kunden helfen sollte, gelöscht. Es wurde bestellt, aber die Ware ging nicht zu dem vereinten Termin raus. Ich habe dann storniert und musste dann 150,- mehr berappen und direkt bei AMZ bestellt. Hier klappt es dann auch mit der Lieferung! Danke ��غ��!

Nun zum Haus: Wie immer gut verarbeitet, recht zügiger Aufbau (wenn man zu zweit ist, packt man das in ca. 4-5 Stunden). Vorausgesetzt ist natürlich eine begradigte, besser noch gepflasterte Ebene. Ich habe bereits ein kleineres Haus von Tepro vor einigen Jahren gekauft und darf behaupten, dass diese Häuser sehr stabil sind, aber man muss sich im klaren sein, dass es nicht mit Holz-Gartenhäusern vergleichbar ist.

Aufbau war sehr einfach. Stabilität für ein Kunstfoffhaus passt auch. Hat auch schon den ein oder anderen Sturm überstanden. Leider haben einige Schrauben nicht den zug, den sie haben sollten. Habe wie in einen anderer Rezension beschrieben, den Boden mit Verlegeplatten ausgelegt, da ich Angst hatte, die Seitenständer der Motorräder drücken den Boden ein. Alles in allem bin ich zufrieden.

abbiamo acquistato il modello 8x11, il più grande e ci siamo orientati sulla Keter sperando di investire sulla qualità dei materiali. La consegna e l'imballaggio sono stati perfetti è arrivata in 3 scatole ben protette su un pellet con assi di legno intorno e sopra per cui non ci sono stati danni. Ci aspettavamo istruzioni migliori e più chiare, non sempre precise. La struttura di per sè è fatta bene anche se mi aspettavo delle plastiche più solide. in alcuni punti la grondaia che chiude a scatola la falda del tetto piegandosi e fissando delle viti alla falda, si era già tagliata solo a girarla. in parecchi punti ci sono delle sbavature da stampaggio in fabbrica. se il pavimento e la struttura (una volta rinforzata con le barre in acciaio in dotazione) sembrano solide, abbiamo molte perplessità sulla portata delle 4 falde che compongono il tetto che sono più sottili e fragili di quanto ci aspettavamo (per fortuna da noi non nevica mai perchè dubito che reggano), inoltre a fine montaggio seguito scrupolosamente da 3 persone l'incastro centrale che unisce le travi portanti filtra acqua: il problema è che è l'unico pezzo che arriva già assemblato quindi non può essere stato un nostro errore. per ovviare abbiamo dovuto schiumare e siliconare il lucernario. Consideriamo anche di aver sbagliato, ok ma abbiamo smontato e rimontato tutto il tetto tre volte! queste casette dovrebbero essere concepite per essere montate facilmente da sè e il problema del tetto non lo abbiamo ancora risolto perchè ora da noi piove un giorno si e l'altro anche. E' una settimana che siamo in ballo e non ne veniamo fuori! La qualità passa anche dall'accessibilità del prodotto. al termine di questa recensione devo anche aggiungere che solo la parte frontale ha lo stampo effetto legno, gli altri tre lati sono penosi, sembrano solo pareti rigate qua e là. anche il tetto non ha in realtà l'effetto legno ma solo delle sottili rigature che richiamano vagamente qualcosa di una trave e neanche troppo evidente. Insomma per il prezzo mi aspettavo sicuramente di meglio come estetica e come assemblaggio non è per nulla facile, in più il problema delle infiltrazioni dal centro del tetto mi hanno deluso moltissimo. gradirei avere un riscontro anche da altri acquirenti. Sconsigliata? non saprei, valuterò nel tempo. Ah, la coibentazione scordatevela: tra questa e la lamiera è la stessa cosa. Aggiornamento del 22 agosto: il problema delle infiltrazioni si è risolto con il silicone, ma pur permanendo le perplessità circa il lato estetico della casetta in rapporto al prezzo e la resistenza del tetto, devo dire che questo articolo ci sta regalando delle vere soddisfazioni per cui ho deciso di assegnare una stella in più: adeguatamente attrezzato e ben sfruttato vale ben più di un garage con buona pace del caos che regnava in casa nostra per mancanza di spazio...la doppia porta è incredibilmente comoda anche se utilizzata solo con un anta il che permette di aprire e chiudere la casetta avendo le mani impegnate. Il caldo si sente parecchio ma sembra non creare particolari problemi in quanto, grazie all'apertura così larga si ha un ricircolo praticamente immediato. Aggiornamento al 25/10/2020: a distanza di tempo devo dire che la casetta ha fatto il suo dovere anche in inverno, la griglia di ventilazione e la siliconatura fatta la rendono un box perfetto e nulla delle cose che avevo dentro si è mai rovinata ne ha avuto un cenno di umidità (siamo in piena valpadana).. manutenzione zero, tenuta e spazio per me il top..La consiglierei senz'altro pur con le dovute premesse fatte nella prima recensione.
