This is a lovely addition to our garden. I love the look of it and its makes the patio a very tranquil place to sit. However, the reasons for the 3 and not 5 stars is because getting the item was not so great. The item was 10 days over due and after a lot of emails I was compensated by not having to pay postage for the item. The instruction were not as clear as they could have been and when it was all installed and set up, I noticed the lights did not work. Very disappointed. Although, I have to say their customer service was very good, replying to all my emails promptly and politely and they have offered me a new water feature at no extra cost. Would I buy from this company again? If there was nowhere else to go, yes.

Bought this product for a Christmas Gift for a family member and the service seemed fine, however, when opening the item several weeks after Christmas to assemble outdoors it was discovered that the item was in-fact cracked and therefore not fit for purpose. Incredibly disappointed as the item was not cheap. Even more frustratingly we are now told that since it’s a few weeks since purchase we are unable to return, therefore it has been a total waste of money. In short - avoid!
