Bought to replace a convection heater that burnt you if you got too close. This fire was reasonably priced, and in essence quite cheap. It looks ok, was easy to fit, two different heat settings and looks pretty good too. Not the dearest fire on the market, but as it was going into a rented flat we didn’t want to spend a fortune. All in all, pretty pleased!

After I ordered this fire it arrived within twenty four hours. I bought it mainly to give a focus to the living room and a nice warm glow for the winter months ahead. It doesn’t disappoint.

It does everything it claims to do. It has a super smart appearance and the flame effect is really excellent. It was easy to install with simple ordinary household DIY tools. The main trick is to ensure that the fixing bracket is perfectly horizontal so that the fire hangs straight and central on the wall.

I’m not crazy about the pebbles and I may replace them with something else … maybe some imitation burnt wood If I can find some. My only criticism is that the cable isn’t very long, so if you don’t have a socket close by, you have a problem. A great buy though and well worth the money.

Bought the product in September 2024. Writing this review 21st December and the heater has already packed in. Replaced 13A fuse to isolator. Lights working to unit, but fan non-operational with no heat being omitted on either setting. Tried to replace through ��غ��, but the process is flawed and circular, putting me back to the original customer service desk to no avail. Apparently you can only replace within 30 days of delivery, but would expect at least 12 month warranty for an electric appliance? Anyway, disappointed to say the least. Wouldn’t recommend.
If the manufacturer / supplier would like to contact me and get this replaced I would thrilled.

You pay £16-£20 for delivery (depending who you buy it from), and the product arrived the day after purchase (I got the fire before I got an email from ��غ�� telling me it was coming!). This wasn't really a deciding factor for me as I wasn't decorating the room for a few weeks!
The fire is really easy to fix to the wall, with four screws through a plate attached to the wall - the fire is then hung on the plate, with a further screw on the bottom of the fire to ensure it doesn't move. The marbles can then be arranged before the glass front is put in place.
The effect of the flames and the ambient lights alone provides a nice background, and changes the room completely, which is ultimately the main reason I bought the fire as we still tend to use the central heating. The fire has two settings, and on the couple of occasions we have used the fire to heat the room it has warmed the room.
I would have rated it 5 stars had the lighting effect had a setting to go through all 7 colours, but this is a personal choice
