This is a pretty good piece of kit. I love the fact that it folds flat so much easier to store. Very easy to lock it in position and then it acts a bit like a clothes horse...only smaller and not for clothes.... It’s great for hanging any of your long pasta on to dry it. Tagliatelle, spaghetti or even lasagne sheets. Perfect if you make your own pasta and want to freeze it. It washes well, obviously not in the dishwasher as it’s wooden. I think it’s pretty good value for money as it does the job, is well made and quite stable. I’m very pleased with it.

Sehr einfach und ohne überflüssigen Schnick Schnack. Das Holz ist sauber verarbeitet, hat keine rauen Kanten und der Nudeltrockner kann sofort benutzt werden.

Nachtrag:
Nach der ersten Benutzung wurde festgestellt, dass auf dem Holz kein Produkt kleben bleibt. Mehl kann rückstandslos mit einem trockenen Tuch abgewischt werden.
Bei Spagetti aus 400g Mehl blieben noch 2 Holzstangen über. Schätzungsweise kann man also Spagetti aus circa 500g Mehl auf diesem Trockenständer ohne Probleme unterbringen.

The rack DEFINITELY took up less counter space than trying to lay all that pasta out on the counter would have; I have a big counter and still wouldn't have had room to lay it all out).
