It is ridiculously cheap so I was expecting something tacky and plasticity, but it is solid and the main dial feels solid to use. The accuracy is fine for my purposes (House & car electrics and some radio and electronics work). It has all the features that I need, mostly I use voltages, currents, resistances and continuity. I have not used the transistor tester so cannot comment.
When I use it on my car it is a dusty and hostile environment but it stands up well to the abuse.
The probes and clips are fairly standard, decently made and do the job.
I'm happy with it.
