I recently picked up the Gorilla Double Sided Mounting Tape and honestly I’m impressed. I wasn’t sure what to expect but this stuff really delivered. I’ve done a lot of DIY projects around the house over the years and this tape has quickly become a go-to in my toolkit.
First off I love how clear it is. So many mounting tapes out there just seem to end up being a mess with their residue but not this one. The fact that it's double sided makes it perfect for sticking two surfaces together without any visible tape showing. I used it to secure an LED strip under my kitchen cabinets and it worked like a charm. It stuck immediately and there was no peeling or curling at the edges.
Another solid use was when I was hanging some picture frames. I’ve got a few frames that are a little bit heavier and I was worried about using traditional hangers. This tape held them on the wall securely and I didn’t have to deal with nails or hammering. It's been a couple of weeks now and everything's still in place without any signs of falling.
What I also appreciate is how easy it is to work with. Just cut the length you need and press it down firmly—that’s all there is to it. I found that it sticks well to various materials like wood, metal, and even plastic which is super handy for all those crafty ideas.
Overall this Gorilla tape is pretty solid for anyone looking for a reliable option for their mounting needs. It’s nice not having to worry about hanging stuff up and potentially damaging the walls. If you’re into DIY or just need a good adhesive that won’t let you down I definitely recommend giving this one a shot. It's worked wonders for me and my projects.
