I was browsing ��غ�� for sound bars for my new Samsung TV when I came across this little box. I read the reviews and then had a look for my old Bose 2.1 system I bought about a decade ago, which was gathering dust in a cupboard. I decided to take a punt and hit the buy button.

The item came in the usual basic packaging but felt well built, a metal chassis with nice clicky buttons. I first tried to connect it to my TV with the red and white connectors but there was a constant buzz. I then connected using the 3mm headphone jack and changed the TV sound settings to optical and BOOM, the Bose filled the room with wonderful sound. I'm no expert but I'm no longer looking for a Soundbar.

I've also tried the Bluetooth with my phone and that worked a treat too. I understand what some of the reviewers are saying about the remote control, it does go from very quiet to very load in just a few presses, but it doesn't detract from how good this item is. Highly recommend buying if you are in a similar position.

Surprisingly for the price, the audio quality is really remarkable. The only cons is that the remote sensor on the device isn't so sensitive and you have to point the remote exactly on the sensor, and the volume settings don't seem gradual but in steps. Great little piece of equipment with a lot of functions and a volume remote control, at the right price.

It’s nice and sounds good, perfect sound delivery through optical out conversion. I haven’t tried the HDMI
I use a BOSE companion 50 multimedia speaker system which is having an analog aux 3.5 input. The device I bought does the job perfect. Since I love my speakers I didn’t want to go for a new one. This little device is amazing.
One small suggestion, to the makers to improve the volume control when it reaches the minimum. For me it seems skipping up bit high fe the minimum. Over all I am happy amd I do recommend this product.

I used this to output sound from a 2020 TV via TOSLINK and output using the 3.5mm earphone jack. It's a very well made solid feeling item cased in metal. It sounds great and has a remote control to switch on/off, select modes and control the volume. It comes with all the cables you will need except for the red/white banana plugs. Power for the unit is via USB port and the remote has a CR2025 coin battery.

If it were to be improved then the remote could be made a bit more substantially using a CR2032 battery (more standard) and the infra red receiver on the unit designed to cover a wider angle to make it less directional and for the volume to go up/down in smaller increments.

These are minor points though and overall I am very pleased with the product, would buy it again if needed and well recommend it.

The volume adjustment levels are wholly unreasonable steps from too quiet to holy crap turn that down before someone calls the police, and if you go up one more your ears start bleeding. The quality is meh, but the biggest issue is that 6 months later it failed and started buzzing late in the night. This also blew my speakers.

Fortunately it looks like they no longer sell it, which is a great selling point in of itself.

I’m used to studio DACs that do what they claim to do (either the sampling rate has been exaggerated or there is something that compromises the audio signal) . This does not perform as advertised. Might be okay if you’re just wanting something to come from your TV but if you like high fidelity this isn’t it. Plus side it is well built. I’d rather have a good DAC in a paper towel than this though 😊.

Ho scelto questo DAC dopo averlo visto e ascoltato più e più volte da un amico e devo dire che non ne sono rimasto mai deluso! Il bluetooth si collega istantaneamente, l'ingresso ottico viene convertito alla perfezione! Pulito, senza esagerato rumore di fondo e limpido come anche l'ingresso coassiale. L'oggetto stesso è davvero fatto bene: telaio in metallo schermato (per questo è presente l'antenna esterna per il Bluetooth), gli ingressi rimangomo fermi al loro posto e non "ballano" quando si inserisce o disinserisce qualsiasi connettore, l'incastro dell'ingresso ottico è veramente solido... ci vuole un po' di forza per staccarlo e questo è un fattore positivo, il telecomando è veramente basico ma utile ed è ben fatto anch'esso (la disposizione dei tasti è stata modificata da quella in foto, aggiungendo anche un tasto per il bluetooth)

- Il problema del volume a "scalini" (come la vecchia versione e come riportato dalle recensioni) non è stato risolto... ma in genere arrivati verso circa la metà del volume non è un grosso problema.
- Se state ascoltando della musica e mettete in pausa, l'audio viene mutato. (Potrebbe essere una specie di riduttore di rumore) anche all'inizio dei brani si può sentire un taglio brusco tra quando si preme play a quando parte l'audio.

Ultimo appunto: la vecchia versione aveva una voce che alla connessione del bluetooth diceva "connected" (non quella dei meme) che è stata rimossa ma nulla di rilevante

Consiglio vivamente questo prodotto a chiunque abbia bisogno di convertire un segnale digitale, se non dispone di un amplificatore o qualsiasi cosa con ingressi digitali, avendo anche la possibilità di collegare un telefono o tablet tramite bluetooth senza problemi!
Personalmente ho notato che l'alimentatore da 1 ampere fatica leggermente ma potrebbe essere un problema di quello che ho usato io. In ogni caso utilizzando un alimentatore usb da 2 ampere si sta più che tranquilli!
Realmente un ottimo prodotto!

Wenn man das nachfolgende Soundssytem ordentlich einpegelt, fallen die Sprünge "weg", heisst sie fallen nicht mehr auf....

Wer also Probleme mit den Lautstärkesprüngen hat, hat sein Soundsystem falsch eingepegelt und somit liegt das Problem beim Anwender ;-)

Ich habe das Teil als Ergänzung zum Kronoton Optimizer geholt, welches die Lautstärkesprünge bei Filmen z.B. egalisiert. Leider hat dieses Teil keine eigene Lautstärkeregelung, was ein Wermutstropfen ist, bei der ansonsten astreinen Performance des Optimizers.

Der DAC hat dieses Problem gelöst und man kann mit der Fernbedienung den Feierabend genießen ( Lautstärke wie üblich höher ) und das Frühstücksfernsehen leise ( regenerierte Ohren ), ohne Lautstärkesprünge ( dank Optimizer ) über sich ergehen lassen, beim ersten Kaffee :-)

Pluspunkt ist der zusätzliche Blauzahn Reveiver ( Empfänger ), der den bisherigen Logitech Bluetooth Adapter überflüssig macht... Die Lautstärke ( Spotify und gekoppeltes Smartphone ) kann man über die Fernbedienung, entspannt regeln :-)

Kurzum...
Der Prozor Bluetooth DAC macht das was er soll... Klanglich wahrscheinlich nicht der Hifi DAC, ist uns aber wurscht bei 77 € Boxen ( Microlab B77 ), als Soundsystem...

Sound hab ich im Studio oder über Kopfhörer am Babyface Pro fs...
