This table lamp is designed along the lines of Tiffany style table lamps which came into popularity back in the USA from around 1890 to 1910 and continued to be produced until around 1930.
It has a very attractive floral designed shade and stand, and measures just over 60 cm in height and the shade is just over 40 cm in width with the stand base around 12 cm in width. It comes in 3 parts, the stand, the shade and a threaded rod. The rod is screwed into the stand, and then the shade added which is held in place by a screw thread finial so very simple to put together.
There are three lights, an E14 bulb (1W T20 LED) which is already installed in the centre of the stand, and two bulb holders at the top which each require an E27 bulb with a maximum wattage of 60 W (or preferred an LED equivalent). There is a light switch built into the mains cord, and two further pull chains which operate each main light. The installed E14 Led is intended to act as a nightlight which might be very useful if the main lights are off. It is therefore possible to have all three lights on, one main on plus nightlight, or all off.
Overall this is a very attractive vintage style light although it is described as being suitable as a gift for women or girls presumably because of its floral look. Don’t let that put you off though as I think it will look good any home and be appreciated by both males and females alike and it is competitively priced compared to many on the market.
