How to make our Keto Pancake Mix

You’ll need the following extra ingredients: Eggs, Milk

  1. Pour the mix into a bowl.
  2. Whisk the egg(s), milk and vanilla (optional) in a separate bowl.
  3. Gradually pour the wet mix into the dry mix bowl whilst stirring thoroughly. If mix is too thick, add more milk.
  4. Lightly oil a non-stick pan (So pancakes don’t stick) on medium heat.
  5. For each pancake (4”), pour 2 tablespoons of batter. If you wish for smaller/larger pancakes, adjust accordingly.
  6. Flip over when you start to see small bubbles forming. Cook until golden brown. It should only take approximately 1-2 minutes per side.
