First I must say I used Animal cuts fat burners (on and off for 3 years) and got very good results. However, I think my body was getting used to it, therefore the effects wasn't the same anymore. I also found out they changed the formula. So I decided it was time to try something new.

All I can say it has zero effect on me, everything they claimed it would do, it didn't.

I felt hungry, I had no extra boost, I did not sweat, (I sweat a huge amount very easily).

I haven't finished the bottle yet, so far it's been a very expensive waste of money.

Instant Knockout, I have tried many fat burners from all the leading brands including the popular grenades, but IKO has been the best experience by far.

Combined with the right diet they've helped me massively and contributed towards my weight loss journey, unlike its rivals, I've not experienced any of the negative side effects such as headaches, anxiety, jitters and needing to rush to the toilet within 5 minutes! Or compulsive sweating which is something that matters to me.

Ive just purchased my 2nd bottle ready for the new year, they're easy to take, no horrible aftertaste (unless you are a maniac and chew them haha)
Combined with a calorie deficit and decent protein intake, these can give you the edge on those days you don't feel like training. I can see why professional sports people use them because they have a good appetite suppression but not extreme or to mild.

As you can see on my photo, that is 2½ months difference whilst using grenades, I had a 2 week break between those pics. I'm genuinely impressed and I'll update the photos on this review in March. 💪
