    I had the old Pb 9Ah battery, after few years it was to week to crank my tuned Vespa with higher compression (125cc to 187cc)Now I don't have any issues in the morning, winter or summer. Starter cranks with lots of power 💪😁👍Now will test this battery for few more days.It replaced old YTX14-BS

      Purchased to replace traditional lead acid battery on Suzuki V-Strom DL650. Went for the 4Amp model as the lower did not provide adequate power output required. Battery is physically light and comes supplied in what seems like endless layers of packaging. Just note that the battery may be a different physical height to your existing battery - but comes supplied with 'risers' and a very basic instruction manual to fit. Fittings were appropriate and provided a number of different attachment angles. Fitted in almost no time, and given a quick charge, and cranked the bike no problems. Still going strong a number of months later, although I did have to invest in a new top up charger as mine was not lithium compatible. Very happy customer, and hope it gives years of service to come rather than the unreliability of lead acid batteries.

      The Noco NLP14 with BMS, has to be one of the best Lithium substitute batteries I've come across. This NLP14 is replacing a Yuasa YTS12A-BS on a 2022 Triumph Tiger.

      YTS12A-BS resting voltage 12.8v
      YTS12A-BS bike charging voltage 14.3 to 14.8v depending on demand and recovery.
      NLP14 resting voltage 13.49v
      NLP14 bike charging volt 14.3 to 14.9v depending on demand and recovery.

      One observation, the YTS12A-BS AGM battery seemed to cause a greater consistent high charging from bike at high demand. Where as, the Noco NLP14 at same high demand, seemed to cause a greater fluctuation, suggesting the bikes gen was working less for longer. I'm not sure this isnt due to the Noco BMS (battery management system). Or the Noco's ability to hold a consistent higher voltage for much longer, which these are renowned for.
      But the outcome is, the bikes digital display loads very slightly quicker, and engine cranking does improve, with less fade of the driving light, while cranking.

      Admittedly on my 2001 Honda I changed all bulbs to LED, but for the last two years, Ive had an NLP14 fitted to my motorcycle, and I've had any issues yet.
      One thought, I do have concerns, regarding longevity, as i dont know how this type of battery fails, but hope Noco's battery management is superior. Thank you Noco.

      I love this battery, it's very light, charges quickly, holds charge well, safety prevents full discharge. Starts at -10 unlike most other lithium batteries. I would readily buy another of these over an original lead-acid or agm.
      There is only 1 downside to this battery and any lithium and that is capacity density. For the size, it has a greatly reduced capacity so if you have alarms/trackers or other devices working directly off the battery, the battery will not run as long as a regular would between charge/run intervals. That is the only caveat but otherwise strong start every time. Best battery yet! PS owned for 2 years for a daily driver, sometimes sat for 2 weeks, started strong. Very happy. Thank you NOCO!

      So after being thoroughly fed up of lead acid batteries failing on me, right when I need them most, I decided enough was enough and I'd splash the cash on a Lithium Ion battery as everyone is going on about them these days. Noco seemed a top brand so I went for it. All was good In the first few weeks and the bike fired right up with no issues, even though it's a high power 1000 V4 engine, this battery made light work of it. One of the perks of a lithium ion battery is extremely low degradation of charge level over long periods of time. So I left this in my bike over a UK winter (bike always garaged). When I went to fire the bike up for the summer season, some 6 months later, I found that the battery was completely and utterly dead! 0 volts reading at the terminals (never had this on lead acid batteries so I know it's not a fault with the bike). Contacted Noco and they said that the BMS has probably gone in to failsafe / shutdown mode and that this can be deactivated using a Noco charger with force charge mode. Well, after spending another £50 on a Noco charger to test this, I confirmed that the battery was indeed completely toasty and not even the Noco charger could revive it. I bought a £30 lead acid battery, contacted غ for a refund for this one (which they very kindly gave me) and forgot all about the lithium ion idea. Waste of time and money. Well done غ, never again Noco!

      Bought this to replace a Motobatt Lithium battery for my Aprilia RSV Mille. The Motobatt worked well for a bit and was being maintained by a Noco Genius 10... but it doesn't have the superior cranking power I expected over a decent AGM (it never did to be honest) and now appears to only let you have a couple of goes at starting (if the bike hasn't been used for any longer than a fortnight) before it switches itself off. I've always been impressed with Noco's products so was delighted when they released a series of replacement batteries for my application.

      It fitted easily enough, although unlike the Motobatt, it only has one pair of terminals, so if the polarity is opposite on your bike, you may have some cable shuffling to do. And speaking of terminals, this has excellent solid looking terminals with multiple anchor points (I've never been a fan of Motobatt's flimsy looking ones) so you can achieve a proper connection in a number of orientations. Once in, the bike fired up straight away with a notably faster stronger sounding starter crank.

      Impressed with the packaging and what's 'in the box'... the build quality and performance so far. Time will tell as to how this will pan out in terms of how long it keeps its performance but if Noco's other products are anything to go by, I assume this will hold out well.

I currently have a Shorai on my R1, which never gives me any issues and holds charge for months, but you have to top off with a LITHIUM type of charge. (I have several but Battery tender+ sells one that does both lead/AGM and Lithium at an affordable price.) If you know Shorai, those batteries are double or more compared to this NOCO battery.
      The battery in my Z900 was likely the original which lasted quite a while, it was a Yuasa and it had the Kawasaki label on the back. As you can see in the picture, it seemed to still have enough crank fully charged at 119A, close to the 136A rating but it does not hold charge well anymore.
      My NOCO battery came pretty full, I topped off with my Lithium charger and the reading on my OBDII Battery tester read 274A (see pic), that is quite significant compared to OEM. I tested the bike and the cranks very smooth and powerful. I have yet to do a long term test but will hopefully share any new info about the battery and see how long it may hold charge if not used.

      It was my first foray into Lithium motorcycle batteries and I love it so far, It cranks much better and stronger than my previous 4 Lead acid batteries. It charges faster, but came fully charged. The brand I trust as I have purchased both the charger in the past for my cars, and other vehicles, and the jump start box from them also. So I am familiar with the brand. The unit is smaller than originals and comes with the adapters to fit the battery box and it's far lighter as well. Nice Job, I will update in 2 years and after the first winter as I wish to see how the unit does with the trickle charger. Fitment for mine was a 1999 Suzuki Hayabusa. I love the units large connectors and that they use an Allen key to tighten them as most batteries use a system of terrible connectors\ terminals.
