Very delicate but given the length and supposedly the amount of lights it did not fill the small space I had expected it to. I believe given the specs that to me lantern in the photograph should have been filled with lights and I shouldn't have had to struggle to try and make it look like there were more. Within the first 15 minutes of using them they kept shorting out and I have to jiggle the string in an attempt to get them to turn back on. The instructions for the 8 various settings is only on the lights so if you decide to attach them, for example velcro or stick the box with the on/off - settings depression pad upwards you will need to copy or memorise the settings you wish to use. You will note from the list of functions photocopied from the device that is shown in the images above does not provide any information about the 'alleged' timer; If there is any timer this remains to be seen however you will have no control over it. No instructions are provided on the battery box beyond what is shown under there was nothing on or within the packaging that the product arrived in. Overall I must say I am disappointed but will make them work and will likely have to buy, elsewhere, an additional set of lights to truly fill the lantern.

Brilliant lights . Used to light up an outdoor Xmas wreath. They are waterproof and also have numerous different modes. They also have a timer on them . Once you switch them on they will automatically turn off after 6 hours. They will then come back on at the same time the following day. You can manually switch on and off too.

Initially I thought these lights were a bargain! I put them straight up (around my daughter’s curtain pole) as soon as they arrived and they looked lovely. I was so happy with them, I was planning on ordering more. However, the next day they wouldn’t stay on for longer than 20 seconds then kept going off. I had read there was an automatic timer on them (on for 6hours, off for 18hours) and realised this might be why they kept going off because it hadn’t been 18 hours. I left them for a while and when I went to put them back on they stayed on. This is a bit ridiculous to me, you should be able to turn the lights on whenever you want them on, you shouldn’t have to wait 18 hours for them to work properly again.

They are pretty once they’re on but I’m not so sure I would buy again
