Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; vitamin C (ascorbic acid, ascorbyl palmitate); ferrous bisglycinate; zinc bisglycinate; niacin (nicotinamide); vitamin A (beta-carotene); pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate); vitamin K2 (menaquinone all-trans MK-7); vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5’-phosphate); vitamin D (cholecalciferol); boric acid; thiamin hydrochloride; riboflavin 5’-phosphate sodium; vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol); copper bisglycinate; folic acid (calcium L-methylfolate); chromium picolinate; sodium selenite; potassium iodide; sodium molybdate; D-biotin; vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).

Directions:

Women: take 2 tablets daily with food. For optimal absorption and all-day nutrient coverage, the daily dose may be divided between morning and evening. Children aged 12+: 1 tablet daily. Do not exceed the stated dose. Due to iron content this product is not recommended for postmenopausal women.

As B vitamins are often difficult to utilise in the body, especially for those with the MTHFR genetic variants (which impact how your body processes folic acid and other important B vitamins), this multivitamin contains methylated and active B vitamin forms. These body-ready B vitamins are easily accessible to use straight away. We use methylated folate rather than poorly absorbed folic acid, vitamin B6 as pyridoxal-5-phosphate which has cofactor activity to support various processes in the body, and vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin.

Sustained release technology provides a steady release of nutrients into the bloodstream, for all day nutrient coverage.
