I have PCOS and ashwagandha helps regulate the cycle. When I’m taking it the cycle length is 25-27 days, without it 30+. Needless to say my cycle is as of today 32 days which means this product doesn’t work, either because the working dosage is much lower or because it’s just rubbish.

Also, even though I'm taking probiotics for my gut, whilst I was taking these ashwaganda gummies I had really bad diarrhea which stopped when I stopped taking them.
