This was the 2nd air fryer I ordered, the first aid fryer didn't arrive, so I chose this one. I had not seen or used one my self, but had heard many people rave about air fryers. I've had my fryer for 3 weeks and had only used my regular oven 3 times. This model is medium sized at 4.5 litre. So I can do just about anything I like, although bigger joints or chickens may not fit. In terms of operation it's very used friendly, it has 8 program settings for chicken, fish, veg, bread, pizza etc. But you can set temperature or time yourself. The lowest is 80 degrees and max time is an hour. It comes with a removable shelf. One thing to note is to turn it on from standby, you only have to hold your finger softly on the power icon for 3-5 seconds, I was pressing as hard as I could , sometimes it would come on and other times not until someone showed me. It comes with instructions although I have found its trial and error depending on how crispy you like your food, if not happy you can add extra minutes. I do advise getting some liners either paper or silicone and maybe a recipe book, but there are plenty of cooking videos on youtube. I paid £45 for this and to me that is a bargain. If you use it a lot it may reduce your energy bills also. This is great if you are new to air fryers.
