Inflammation and weight gain, however, affect the misregulation of appetite and the improper secretion of hormones such as ghrelin, leptin and insulin.

For starters, try to avoid highly processed foods as much as possible. If possible don’t drink sweet and carbonated drinks, energy drinks, and various juices, at least for a while. Eat foods low in calories. Your menu should be full of foods rich in fiber. Do not forget about regular physical activity.
