Really impressed with how this feels, all metal construction with a tank like feel but not too heavy, iPhone 15 pro fits really well and i have no worries of it falling out, nice firm but easy movement when turning phone from landscape to portrait, lots of mounting points for lights and microphones and anything else you might want to use, this may not be the cheapest phone mount on the market but I would definitely say it’s worth every penny to secure the expensive equipment we use, highly recommended

The stand is mostly metal which makes it very durable. The clamp part that you put yr phone in is hard good quality plastic. The whole thing is built to last on the road.
It has a standard tripod screw mount. The clamp itself is spring loaded and quite stiff , but this is needed to keep the phone secure.
The clamp can be rotated for portrait and landscape views and locks securely in place with a locking knob.
After taking pictures I realised that obviously the clamp needs to be the other way facing to the phone so it doesn’t obscure the screen, my bad here. Also if using an iPhone , you can accidentally call emergency services countdown timer if you clamp the power button and volume down buttons, so be careful of placement.
A high quality , durable clamp , it does feel expensive though at £35 even though it is very well made. I have no idea whether it is , but it was perceived to be by myself.

This phone holder is made of high-quality metal, with a clamp that fits phones of all sizes and is adjustable for flawless cinematic filming.

The NEEWER Metal Cell Phone Tripod Mount Adapter is made of sturdy metal and premium aircraft-grade aluminium alloy material to provide well-balanced and steady assistance for the phones. Its clamp has a 0.67"/17mm depth and anti-slip patterns to give a firm grip on all types of cellphones with phone cases on. As well as an upgraded 360° Horizontal rotation and 180° Vertical tilt features, and a 1/4" screw hole base to be attached to tripods, selfie sticks, stabilisers, and other accessories.

I've tried a lot of phone mounts that can't be adjusted for a Z-axis angle, but this one does when mounted on a tripod. It contains an L-shaped hex key to help tighten it and two cold shoe ports on the phone clip's side end for upgrading equipment while remaining level with the phone lens. My phone is securely held in place by the clamp, and I'm not concerned that it will snap and fall out due to the ample adjustment available to position it.

I like how its clamp can be conveniently stretched to fit phones ranging in size from 2.36"/60mm to 3.74"/95mm. Besides that, it not only supports the phone, but I can also attach LED lights and microphones to improve my filming game via the cold shoe ports. However, as with anything with a tripod, it can be a little complicated. So I use the hex key to tighten the respective screws securely held in place.

Overall, another high-quality NEEWER product with durable metal construction and adjustable in all areas, but somewhat at a higher price point of €34.99.

Typical good quality product from NEEWER. Very useful for anyone who is Vlogging or using their phone to make videos. This is built to last and not fail after using it a few times. It is made of aluminium and as well as hold a phone it can also be used to mount an external microphone and light. Add this to your selfie-stick, monopod or tripod and you have the ability to have a full setup in an instant.
As far as I am concerned NEEWER is gathering a great reputation for providing good quality gear and this product is no different - yes there are other, cheaper, versions of phone holders for tripods but this one shouts quality build and reliability.
Definitely recommend this one as it puts other in the shade.
