These tablets are great, they truly make a difference to energy levels and I wouldn't be without them.

However, they reek. Whilst buying a large quantity makes sense economically, in future I'm going to buy 90 at a time. They smell strongly of marmite/beef hula hoops (as they should, marmite is a source of b vitamins) from opening and this smell just gets stronger and stronger as they are exposed to the air. It's utterly overwhelming. Whatever room you store them in gets this beefy tang, which is quite remarkable when you consider it is simply coming from a container of pills!

If this doesn't bother you then they are a great value and quality option but I would genuinely consider, when it comes to b vitamins, buying a smaller quantity.

I find this one of the best vitimin B complex on the market. The company that makes them is reliable to be free from all gmo's etc.
It is quite high strength too, also has a supporting vitimin C which l believe is a vitimin that you can practically double the recommenced dose and helps with many ailments.

I have found, because of its importance, that l purchase thiamin, B1 to back this up though l guess its not neccessary really.Reasonable price too, British made l believe which l always try and purchase.
