I only received the fire unit/surround of my fireplace suite, when can I expect to get the other box?

The two boxes (fire surround and fire unit) are despatched at the same time, but might get separated in transit and arrive on different days. Please check the tracking number and if you still have issues, call 01723 583227.

My remote has stopped working; I have changed the batteries but it still doesn't connect to the fire. What can I do?

Your remote has likely become unpaired from your fire. Press and hold the ‘reset’ button with a pen tip until you hear a beep, then press the power button on your remote. You’ll hear a beep to confirm successful pairing.

Are the fires noisy? Can you use the lights without the heating?

You can use the flame effects without heating, and the product should be silent. When the heater is used, there is a low level of noise due to the fan.

What is the length of the power cable and which side is it on?

The cable is 1.7 metres long and it comes out of the rear right hand side as you look at the fire from the front. You can easily hide the socket and the power cable behind the surround, if needed.

What assembly does it require and can I put a TV above the fire surround?

You receive the surround flat-packed, everything is included, you only need a screwdriver. If you want to stand the TV on the mantle, we recommend affixing the mantel to the wall with additional brackets for safety reasons.
