The new style plastic latches that hold up the drier are dificult to get in the correct position and when it is up it feels flimsy and unstable. The wires to hang clothes on are bendy and the airer doesn’t stand up straight with more than two socks on. It wasnt in any protective packaging so that wasn’t a great start. But even if it had been packaged well it’s still a poor quality product. I’ve had it two weeks and its already snapping and fit for the bin. Don’t bother.
