These keystone jacks are very good quality and are made to last, so yes I can see why the are sold as reusable.
The tool less design is also a great idea, as this means they are fairly easy to install and uninstall too, adding to their reusability.
They fit rather snugly into standard faceplates and do not move around when plugging in/out the cables.
Their constructions seems to be very good and are at least as good as any I have used.
Everything about these seems perfectly fine, so there are no real cons, apart from the initial learning how to use them tool less, but that is to be expected so no stars lost there.
I like these very much and will certainly be using these in the future and will probably buy some more at some point in the future.
