Reading through the ingredients and doing a bit of research, it does appear there’s medical evidence they do help. So, I thought it can’t hurt. I have also been doing puzzles and other challenging activities to keep my brain working, which is believed to help with brain health and memory.
The pills are separated into three. The sleeve writes down the days of the week. This helps keep track if you took the pill for the day or not. The pills themselves are easy to swallow. The omega 3 pill has a fishy taste but it isn’t strong. I’m not a fan of sea food and it was completely bearable.
Honestly, I have to say. Generally I find myself forgetting less. This is based on maintenance jobs I do. I don’t always write the work down. When I do this, I tend to write all the jobs after 3 or 4. Before these pills and doing puzzles. I struggled to remember. I would use messages and picture to remember. Now, I’m remembering most or all my jobs.
