There is something really special about having a controller that fits perfectly in my small adult hands. It sparks SO MUCH JOY in my heart. I love that it comes with a cable; it works great right out of the box for use on my PC :) just plug and play! The lights around the joysticks are surprisingly bright, but easy to dim and change colors. Super happy with this purchase and highly recommend!

Fits my Tiny Hands

I'm no stranger to 8bitdo controllers, and they've been one of the best purveyors of 3rd party accessories (*cough* wildcatz *cough*).
The major issue I had in the past with their controllers was that the initial setup was tedious and confusing specifically when pairing with a pc and for use on steam. There were some serious compatibility issues. But I'm happy to report this controller is plug n play. No need for 3rd party programs to access full functionality.
Build quality is at parity with my official controllers. Everything functions as it should.
The lighting options are a bonus, but honestly I turned all of that off. But for those who like the extra sensory input it has a good array of options. It's not RGB (Y NOT), but it should be satisfactory for most users.
The only thing I wish was this was wireless, but alas.
In terms of the mini designation, I'd say it's a bit of an exaggeration. It's maybe 10-15% smaller, which for me is great (baby hands), but even if you've got gigantic mitts you're gonna have no issues using this controller.
4/5 It's a great product. Not perfect, but if you're in the market for a wired controller this is a great option.

It feels great and took no time to get used to.
The 3 light modes are pretty cool.
Must be plugged in, but the cord is plenty long.
Lastly it came with a one month game pass Valid to 2027
