Deciphering the ingredients, each capsule contains 500mg Alpha GPC and 500mg bacopa (not bacopa extract). Contains black pepper for better absorption apparently although I personally prefer not to take supplements with black pepper. Price is very competitive. Can't comment on quality and factory conditions. The product name is however misleading. Liposomal means 'A drug preparation that contains the active drug inside very tiny, fat-like particles.' Alpha GPC itself whilst based on phosphatidyl choline (which is used in the manufacture of liposomal supplements), alpha GPC itself is not a lipid but a water soluble white powder. If you look at the ingredients there is no lecithin or PC there, so what they are saying really is that it is an alpha gpc supplement. Most liposomal formulations use PC or phosphatidylethanolamine, according to wikipedia, and this seems to be the case to me, so there is really nothing encapsulating the alpha gpc of a lipid nature. You can't say alpha gpc encapsulating itself is liposomal! You might be able to argue the case for the bacopa being liposomal. I notice they don't state that the black pepper if liposomal! But basically the product name doesn't stand up to scrutiny. So it's just an alpha GPC and bacopa supplement, with piperine. If it was liposomal it wouidn't need piperine to help with absorption. They are jumping on the 'liposomal' bandwagon. But as an Alpha GPC supplement I still think it is good value and would recommend.
