  OMG all I can say is don’t do it! Tablets themselves easy to swallow no taste and overall great....until 4 hours later and the stomach cramps happen - the pain was nothing that I have ever experienced before - I thought I was going to have to go to A&E I felt sick, dizzy like I was going to pass out.
