It's NOT common to see people using these bags on the hills, but if you enjoy getting out in all weathers then you may appreciating getting out of the wind and rain at lunch time with one of these. We've hidden out of 60 mph driving rain for an hour of respite and lunch. Easily big enough for 2 people. It's surprising how quicly you can warm up in this, even when it's cold and very windy, so it's not surpising that mountain rescue also carry a similar bag.
