Going through the menopause and distressingly loosing my hair, which is so fine it is noticeable and breaks off all around my head. I have tried a whole range of vitamins and supplements to help, with little success. Saw these advertised, read the reviews and thought I had nothing to loose. Finished my first bottle and I have noticeable new hair growth, don’t get me wrong I still have hair loss when I wash my hair but it is no where near as bad and probably back to that more natural level of loss. My hairdresser also noticed the difference, new growth and asked what I was taking. My skin has definitely improved, it’s plumper, particularly on my neck. My nails however are ok but I had better growth on another supplement, however my hair is the most important. I appreciate that they may not work for everyone but I am so pleased, it did take a while to start to notice the changes though, be patient and take the two tablets as recommended.
