  The quality seemed fine and they arrived on time, however, for us, all was not plain sailing.
  Firstly, through no fault of the manufacturer the tray was too long for our newly installed kitchen drawers. Even with the extendable sides closed, it was still too long. I had to remove the extendable sides to make it fit and once in, it was fine (although throwing away the side bits seemed a waste of money but what else can you do with them?)
  Secondly, we had two drawers and we wanted the cutlery trays to match so, although we knew we had to "modify" the tray, we purchased another. When the second one arrived it was broken. A piece of wood had come off the internal fixing for the extendable sides but as we were getting rid of those it wasn't a problem that needed fixing.
  All in all they do the job. Would I improve them? Probably not but check the size of your drawers before you decide that these are right for you or you just might be throwing some of it away.
