First time user, I made scrambled eggs using only egg powder, milk powder and salt. It was perfectly palatable. On the very first mouthful there was a very slight plasticky taste, but this soon disappeared. I ate a plateful of it, which surprised me. I was only towards the very end that the plasticky taste was detectable again, but then I you ate a plateful of fresh scrambled eggs, they would not taste very good towards the end either. I think if you ate this together with other foods, it would be quite acceptable.
