  I ordered this as a gift for an elderly, housebound gent and it was due to arrive on a Friday, but he did not hear RM knock in the morning. When he found out about the attempted delivery, he sat by the open front door for the rest of the day to be ready for another attempt. Despite my calls to them and their assertions,RM did NOT return and he could only book redelivery on the following Mon. They arrived on Mon, but without the gift message from me.We didn’t know if it was safe to eat, so he didn’t. He then wanted to order another set of cheeses, as he wanted to try them and in error ordered two sets! This time delivery went OK. The cheeses are absolutely delicious and highly recommended. The caveat is don’t arrange for delivery near a weekend as these are perishable goods and RM is not always reliable. Also, when processing orders, pls enclose the gift message!!
