  I bought two of these bags to get me through Europe and also attend Fango & Gloria in Tuscany. There was extreme weather throughout my journey and these bags did not get wet and were very easy to use. The convenience of the bags within easy reach, whilst still being water proof, made life much easier especially as the weather was so terrible most of the time. I would recommend anyone with crash-bars to get these bags. I understand they do attach elsewhere but have not done that as yet.
