Not very safe, very wobbly had to really tighten with spanner and wrench seems to have done the job for now but it's OK for the money just wouldn't put crazy amount of weight on to it as I don't trust the metal kts made out of feels cheap the curl pad is too small it's pointless and the leg extensions is OK I suppose if your short otherwise you can't use that either, the bands provided are pointless.

If your looking for quality look elsewhere otherwise it still does the job for now
