  I love it. Not heavy just bulky but not harder to get up stairs than a Henry...and in my opinion they're hard with their 25foot mind of its own hose.
  I borrowed my friend's of a different brand after a tomato sauce incident.
  Hers, a more well known brand, didn't actually get the tomato sauce out
  This cleaner got all the sauce out (and there was ALOT).
  It's quite noisy but I put that down to how powerful it actually is.
  Great suction and you can see the manky water being sucked up as you roll over it so can tell when it's got it all.
  Carpet practically dry after a good going over, no other work needed.
  Small work/upholstery attachment is handy. I've had no use for it yet but I've tried it, as you do, and all works brilliantly.
  I use any type of carpet cleaner with it.
