  This product is really good. I started taking it as I was suffering with terrible bloating and wind.
  Initially it made it worse but after a week it definitely has calmed things down & my symptoms have severely lessened.
  I have tried charcoal drinks in the past but they are super weird as you can feel the blackness sticking to your teeth (not a good look as I strive constantly to keep my teeth pearly white! :-) )
  These are really easy to swallow, no aftertaste & great value for money as you only need to take one a day.
  If you are wanting to take these little beauties I can 100% recommend LLS .... great customer service & fantastic products!
