In fact, I don’t even think I can class myself as a coffee drinker because I’m 3 parts coffee-mate to 1 part coffee and I’m sure those hard core coffee drinkers who have it out of a percolator and can stand the spoon up in it, would laugh me out of the room if they saw my drink compared to theirs.
I can’t stand the taste of coffee so if it doesn’t come with coffee-mate then I’m not interested.
So, for those of you who are new to this - it’s like a really nice creamer. Read nice as sweet. For someone like me who can’t stand anything other than “smooth blend” then you will probably find it sweet.
You don’t need milk (or perhaps even sugar) when using this, so is ideal for travelling. Because it’s powdered and therefore doesn’t need to be refrigerated, I keep it around my offices and house so whenever the urge takes me for a (minor) caffeine hit, I can make myself a drink and go hide away from the expresso drinkers whilst i drink my coffee-mate.
I buy it in bulk because of how much of it I get though - saves me hunting round for somewhere that sells it if it comes in a giant bag! The day they discontinue this product is the day I quit coffee.
