  Definitely not going to keep you from ever fogging up but it reduces the frequency a heck of a lot and helps keep my face from melting. Much more comfortable than the stock issue one too.
  
  Minor flaw however, it is so good at keeping the light out my quest 2 struggles to know if it's in use as no light hits the face sensor. I had to turn off all forms of auto sleep or it would just go for a nap.
