This product is good , quality built is good , the cutter made of steel and other parts are made of plastic. It efficiency is great as it shreds well.

The bad thing is there is no lock in place mechanism for both the box and the main shredder and something on the side to hold on to it , so that I can use turn the side handle.

I did buy this , think it will be better to save energy and have some hand exercises also.
