  I bought this vice to replace an aluminium bodied version with one of those plastic tightening handle thingy's... which was more of a hobbyist's tool really.
  For a fiver more you can get this proper workshop tool.
  Much more robust and able to hold the workpiece much more firmly.
  Looks and feels like it'll last a very long time.
