  Not a bad little cupboard for the price. Mine is in a back lobby exposed to the elements and so far has been water tight despite several deluges. The only drawback is that you really have to pay attention to the instructions. I am an ex engineer so it wasn't too difficult for me to assemble, but a person of less technical ability may struggle a bit.
