Excellent for strengthening of the knuckles/hands/wrists. It is to be used with caution until you get used to the impact that it produces from hitting it. I would recommend a couple of times a week to start of with. The way this board works is it causes micro tears in your bone structure after prolonged sessions on the board. Your body will then repair these micro tears/fractures and your bones will get stronger. In the future your punches will be a lot harder and injury will not be as prominent if any.
