  This product is amazing. I have suffered with severe constipation for years and have been having to take laxatives every few days to make myself have a bowel movement. I have been taking these for just over a week now and I am as regular as clockwork every morning! I have tried all sorts of things to regulate my bowel movements (diet, fybogel, stool softeners, senna) but this is the first thing that works. Long may it continue.
