  OK - I have severe osteoarthritis - very affected by sudden changes in humidity and barometric pressure and noticed that the "local" weather forecasts did accurately reflect how I was feeling - this lovely device solved that problem - I check and note the readings every day, and can better predict whether I need a hot-water bottle or pain-killers, or just go back to bed! - It is very nicely made, proportionate, elegant - a pleasure to own and use!
