  When I first saw this product I jumped at the purchase. Wow, 12mg for a 6 month supply at a very reasonable price. I purchased half a dozen bottles. But I was not thanking straight. The 12mg written in large font is designed to catch you out and make you buy. I you read the small print you will see that you are only getting 5% of that which is a measly 0.6 mg. That is a pathetic amount and will not help you much if you are not already in excellent condition. I DON'T BUY ANYMORE. A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY
