  Firstly, I would like to mention how quickly the product was dispatched (on a Sunday evening!) and therefore how soon I received this product (Tuesday morning). There was no delay at all!
  
  Secondly, the design of the product is ingenious! My Chinchillas love to poke their nose in to reach the wooden blocks in the middle, they are like the bubblegum center of a lollipop to them! And as they are tricky to reach, they will last longer. The coconut shells are sturdy and will last for quite a while (a opposed to regular wooden chews that my little magicians make disappear after one week). Also, the piece of rope allow my Chinchins to just sit back and lazily tug on them for a relaxing nibble.
  
  All in all a great roduct and great service! Would recommend to any Chinchilla owner! I don't know much about other large rodents, but if they love to nibble, this product is a must!
