  I take probiotics primarily to prevent getting yeast infections as they build up my resistance. I was a bit concerned as I haven't tried this brand before and I was traveling abroad, so I was unsure how effective they would be. I'm happy to report that I experienced no issues while travelling and felt really well. So I can confidently say that they were effective and I will continue to use them
