  I purchased this to allow me to use my old DVD player with my new LG smart tv that only has HDI or USB connectors. After looking at some other makes on ÍøÆغÚÁÏ (They had mixed reviews and all seemed to have a very similar architecture that looked cheaply made & a fair bit of Chinglish), I opted for this item.
  
  It's not the cheapest but the quality is excellent. It's different to the others I looked at & appears to be well made. The product was delivered with all the required leads including the USB cable. There's no Chinglish which makes a nice change. It was easy to install & works fine.
  Long story short -It saved me the price of a new DVD player!
  
  Update: I've had it a month now with no issues.
